For potato you can download libqt2.2-gl from the same place you get
libqt2.2.  For woody it's in incoming along with libqt2.2 that doesn't come
with gl support.  (the current version of libqt2.2 in woody is compiled with
GL.)

all Debian based GL packages provide libgl1. (mesa, x4's gl packages, utah-glx)
Nvidia is external to Debian and considered non-free so I have no clue how
they do things.
