NOTE:  HTML docs for KDE go into

/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML  not /usr/share/doc/HTML

the HTML dir belongs to another Debian app (info I think).

KDE has moved away from html for their help stuff..and are using docbook.
So, it's more that kvoctrain has not moved to this format yet.

no I don't.  I use the undocumented man page (dh_undocumented)
