RFS: libbtm-java/2.1.4-2

Hi all,

I updated the libbtm-java package to build with Java 8 and I'm looking
for a sponsor to upload it.

Here is the changelog:

  * debian/rules: Added hamcrest-all.jar in the classpath to fix a build
error with Java 8
  * debian/copyright: Updated the Format URI
