Hi Java Maintainers,

I've had a little bit of time to work on the Netbeans package recently,
and have something basically working. What I need help with now is to
review and finish off some package updates and new packages, and then
help with reviewing and tidying up the main packages themselves. I've
made some notes on the wiki at [1], and I've got initial versions of the
required dependencies in my PPA at [2].

In summary, the packages that need some work at this point are:

* jnlp-servlet (new)
* snakeyaml (new)
* testng (major version update)
* libnu-htmlparser-java (new)
* icu4j (minor update)
* json-simple (update)
* libsimple-validation-java (update)
* eclipselink (update)
* libnb-javaparser-java (update)
* maven-indexer (new)

Then the main Netbeans packages themselves:

* libnb-platform17-java
* netbeans

Is anybody interested in helping with any of this? I've not got time
right now to finish off this many packages (especially as Netbeans
itself is a bit of a beast), but I can share my work so far, and I've
managed to build it all locally.
