IcedTea probably will support the 2.3 branch a bit longer, however the 2.3
branch does include two hotspot versions (one for Hotspot, and one for Zero). I
would prefer to only update testing/unstable to a 2.x version, if Zero builds
with a current Hotspot version.

both unstable and experimental were missing the latest updates. now uploaded
2.1.7-1 to unstable.
