New package maintainer (assistant)

hi,

I'm working on the freeplane-1.2.20 package with Cédric Pineau, and I
would like to have commit access (will ask before committing anything)
to svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-java/trunk/ (for freeplane and
simplyhtml-freeplane packages).

I created a "fnatter-guest" account on https://alioth.debian.org and
would like to be added to the pkg-java group.
