Hi,

I suspect it is because clojure was renamed to clojure1.4 (in
sid/Wheezy) and the website is not probably handling packages only
available in Stable.

Accoriding to dak:
$ dak ls -S clojure clojure1.4
   clojure | 1.1.0+dfsg-1 |        stable | source, all
clojure1.4 | 1.4.0+dfsg-2 |       testing | source, all
clojure1.4 | 1.4.0+dfsg-2 |      unstable | source, all

(actually there is also a clojure1.2 in unstable and testing).
