visad-2.0/.pc/fixopendap.patch/visad/data/dods/Adapter.java:25: package dods.dap does not exist

Hi all,

  I am trying to use quilt to patch upstream source in java package.
However there is a funky behavior with ant, where files located in the
.pc are being compiled. Has anyone seen this before ?
