Since iceweasel doesn't use mozilla-javaplugin.so but
iceweasel-javaplugin.so, update-java-alternatives --plugin
is rather useless.

Thanks for the bug report and sorry for the long responds time.

I am unable to reproduce it with iceweasel 3.5.8-1 and sun-java6-plugin
6-16-1. Updating mozilla-javaplugin.so caused my iceweasel to recommend
that I restarted iceweasel because it noticed that the java plugin had
changed.
Furthermore my system does not have any other of those java plugins
that was listed in the original report. I presume that the Mozilla
maintainers decided to use only a single plugin now.

So I assume this has been fixed in the mean time, which is also why I am
closing this bug.

~Niels
