Eclipse 3.0 take 2

All of the outstanding build problems with Eclipse that were posted to the
list or sent to me were fixed with eclipse-3.0.1-0wasabi7 in
mentors.debian.net.

I have fixed the version in mentors as well.

Please give it another go. =)
