Debian ships without Netscape Navigator or Communicator. Netscape Navigator
and Communicator 4.77 are in the non-free archive.

Very nearly impossible, since woody cannot include any Java 1.4
implementation. Such things cannot even be distributed in non-free, as I
understand it.
