I've got a makefile based build system, that supports jdk-like jvms(kaffe,
sun, blackdown, ibm), and gcj(which has a different cmdline format).

This build system can also treat .java files the same was as .c and .c++,
which means making java libraries, and java programs.  Normally, it just
treats .java as normal, and compiles to .class.
