[OT] good provider in Japan ?

Dear all,

	I am looking for an internet provider in Japan, does anybody
has a suggestion ? I live in Wakou-shi, Saitama-ken.

	As I would like to self-host my photo gallery (on a debian
machine, of course), I am looking for a reasonably good upload
bandwidth [1] and a fixed IP.

	For self-teaching purpose, an ipv6 access would be
interesting, but definitely not crucial.

[1] Compared to the poor 128 kilobits / sec, I had with my adsl
provider in France.
