Removing slang1-ja, jed-ja and slrn-ja?

slang1-ja has a bug (#43987) against ftp.debian.org to remove it but
it suffers from the "bugs assigned to multiple packages" problem. It
is visible under the slang1-ja bugs though. The only rdepends are
jed-ca and slrn-ja, both orphaned, too. The copyright files don't
give a upstream location. Google seems to show me only Debian mirrors.
All three packages slang1-ja, slrn-ja and jed-ja are orphaned for
over a year without any sign of interest. All are really outdated
policy wise but have no severe bugs.
Can/should I request removal for them?
