Ci sono molte discussioni[¹] in rete su questa questione che pare
protrarsi da anni senza mai essere stata risolta. Diverse
distribuzioni, Linux da 2.6 in su. Questo problema sembra comparire e
scomparire periodicamente.
A chi compare casualmente e a chi compare dopo avere
disabilitato/abilitato la rete e in fine a te, a cui compare dopo
diversi riavvii.
Provare a passare il parametro 'pcie_aspm=off' al boot e provare a
scaricare&caricare il modulo diverse volte. Questi alcuni tentativi
proposti.
Ci sono testimonianze di chi afferma che il problema non si risolve
riavviando, ma riavviando in un altro sistema, per poi riavviare il
sistema su cui hai il problema.
Per come la vedo è un problema hardware e va affrontato come tale,
compra una nuova scheda di rete[²].
