Perche' dopo avere scollegato il secondo hd c'e' > soltanto sda. osserva sopra sai mettere mano alilo.conf? (altri tempi..., memorabili) oppure la cosa migliore che puoi fare comunque è disinstallare lilo e installare grub: isinstalli il pacchetto "lilo" e installi il pacchetto "grub-pc". se è già installato dai un "grub-install /dev/sda"
