eliminare file "particolare"

buonasera lista
oggi mi sono trovato a dover ripulire l'hd esterno di una mia amica
dalla miriade di virus che c'erano su (ctfmon & company)
partizione ntfs montata come ntfs-3g
piallo tutto il piallabile, poi becco questo errore

notare che begli attributi ha il file...
ovviamente via file manager neanche lo vedo quel file..
consigli su come eliminarlo?
