Il modulo usato è effettivamente compilato con m-a a-i.

Provato tutto senza successo:

stefano@geppetto ~> sudo /etc/init.d/virtualbox-ose restart

vboxdrv                63680  0 
stefano@geppetto ~> virtualbox
