The Veramente mi pare di leggerci che il rimborso massimo e' il *piu' grande* fra 5 dollari e il danno effettivamente subito (con limite massimo la cifra pagata per il software). No? :-) E comunque questa e' l'EULA in inglese (valida in USA?), non so se quella italiana dica lo stesso.
