intel 875 raid hardware e sata

ciao a tutti,
ùho un problemuccio, ho una macchina che deve andare con raid hardware e
dischi sata e chip intel 875,
ho preso la netinst build daily con kernel 2.6.12-1 quando vado a fare
il boot cmq il sistema vede tutti e due i dischi separatamente.
qualcuno di voi sa come ovviare al problema, google non mi da un mano..
