Boh ... oggi scopro nell'ordine:
1. Dal sito di Xfree86
4.2.1:
Support for Voodoo Graphics and Voodoo2 chips is provided by the
"glide" driver (this requires version 2.x of the Glide library,
which is not part of the XFree86 distribution).
-> Support (including acceleration) for Voodoo Banshee, Voodoo3,
-> Voodoo4, and Voodoo5 is provided by the "tdfx" driver.
(io ho la 4.2.* di sid)
2.
WARNING: This Mesa Library includes the Glide driver but
you have not defined the MESA_GLX_FX env. var.
(check the README.3DFX file for more information).
you can disable this message with a 'export
MESA_GLX_FX=disable'.
direct rendering: Yes
Eppure Tux-racer funziona a scatti moolto lenti (magari dipende da
tuxracer stesso)
Come faccio a sapere se l'accellerazine funziona in maniera certa?
