Ecco, proprio questo. A volte da' anche a me questo problema. Prova a fare un 
/etc/init.d/isdnutils stop, poi un rmmod hisax, poi modprobe hisax e 
/etc/init.d/isdnutils start e vedi se funziona, come detto a volte capita 
anche a me e devo rimuovere e rimettere il modulo, tanto che ho creato degli 
script per la disconnessione che automaticamente fanno quanto detto :-/
