no
fatti un filtro per leggerlo velocemente (e.g. grep -v webcache.*\[127\.0\.0\.1\] )
oppure non usare un proxy locale :-)

io debconf non l'ho installato infatti non ho quel file perl che da problemi
tra parentesi mi par di capire che hai la potato quindi e' facile che debconf abbia dei problemi
