Next time he should write one about not asking for recipient
confirmation when addressing a mailing list... i.e. suppress the
following header from your mails:

Disposition-Notification-To: kalpesh thaker <kalpesh@webdevworld.com>

I am aware that it would not be so rfc'ish but lists should remove headers like theese.
