A note: I have two backup server on different ISP, no one has a RDNS 
pointing to the "regular: domain (that instead is ok for the main server).
Beside to simplify the deal with such isp, keeping their assigned name 
is far easier to trace the server that sent the message outside or just 
see if there is a misrouting (each server use for helo the real name 
given by isp, so forward and reverse dns are compliant). 
I see no illegal use of such configuration !
