Another somewhat somewhat devious thing to do is do ur own email harvesting.
Then add all the non real emails to ur black list. Also find out the
formats for various mailers/MUA's message and thread id's. For example
sendmail has a well known format for message id's. Come up with a regex for
that and bam.
