If you have a "static" IP, how will that help you?  Even static IPs
are treated as client hosts when they lack forward and reverse DNS.

If you want to crusade, enjoy yourself.  But if you want to get your
mail delivered, rent a VPS and get some respect.  I've seen them for
as little as $7.95 per month.
