I sympathise with your position and motivations but unfortunately this is not that kind of Internet any more. As others have said, the days when what you want to do worked reliably are over, and no one here can help. I don't use SORBS DUHL for binary blocking decisions because as you and I agree, the amount of rules and conditions placed upon ISPs is IMHO not reasonable. I don't recommend that others do either. However, that does not alter the fact that you're delivering mail directly from a source that "looks spammy". So don't.
