It's not a big mistery and it's hardly a problem if you spend even the
shortest time looking for/at the documentation.  Anyway go to
www.linuxdoc.org and look for the HOWTOs section.  Just to steer you in
the right direction take a look at the excellent Linux IP Masquarade
Resource page:

It'll have the IP masq HOWTO and it'll point you to further info.

You'll also need the following HOWTO but it'll be mentioned in the IP masq

And don't forget to always RTFM (Read The *Fine* Manual :) because chances
are a lot of people have had a problem like yours before.
