Re: Make a linux Switch



The first thing to do is install one Linux machine and learn to make it
play nicely with the rest of your machines, and so get a feel for the
operating system, the vagaries of a given distribution, and so forth.
Then switch services piece by piece, trying to minimize downtime.

The LDP has good docs...Network Administrator's Guide, and the ipfwadm
or IPChains HOWTO.  The man pages are always there as well.
