You can use other interface identifiers for your global addresses than
the one you negotiated for link local using IPV6CP, in which case you
must do DAD.  You may also have to do DAD for global addresses using the
negotiated identifier in some cases.  In short: Yes, you should expect
to see NS and NA on a PPP link.  See RFC 5072 for details.
