IPv6. any HowTo?

Hi,
I would like to try IPv6, but till now I think I haven't succeeded
into a right configuration.
If anyone could suggest me any How To begin in configuration,
tools and programs which made use of it, and also web servers
that are currently using it, to see how it affect in web navigation.
