This was, what I did before. But I thought, it might be better to use a debian 
conform way to configure the tunnel.

What I dont get, when this way of using the /etc/network/interfaces to build a 
tunnelinterface is documented and "prefered", why doesnt come the tunnel up 
on starting the network? Using "ifup <tunnelinterface>" works fine.
It is needed that the interface is completely up, before the tunnelif is build 
(isnt the if up until the script is finished?)?
