This is ok. Are you sure you are getting it from normal archives
and not from some of the others server in the sources.list???

I have checked against sid/woody with the following sources.list

deb http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian sid main contrib non-free
deb-src http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian sid main contrib non-free

deb http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-non-US sid/non-US main contrib non-free deb-src http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-non-US sid/non-US main contrib non-free

deb http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-security woody/updates main contrib non-free deb-src http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-security woody/updates main contrib non-free

deb http://people.debian.org/~kitame/ipv6/ ipv6 unstable
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~kitame/ipv6/ ipv6 unstable

deb http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-ipv6 sid ipv6
deb-src http://debian.ext.fabbione.net/debian-ipv6 sid ipv6

(s/sid/woody/g for the other check)

but dpkg -p ucspi-tcp it always reports null.

Fabio

PS I don't mind to include it but as I told you I rather prefer to have the
-src patched directly.

trider-g7:~# dpkg -p ucspi-tcp-src
Package: ucspi-tcp-src

Section: non-free/net
