I've used that patch to rebuild the Debian apache package. I had to
remove the eapi and cvs_proxy patches, and to disable the mod_throttle
module in order to compile.

Haven't tested *anything* but basic functionality seems to work. If
anybody wants to grab the packages: http://frml.snt.utwente.nl/~remco/deb/
