net-pf-16

I'm trying to configure 6-to-4 on a couple of my machines, but modprobe
complains that it can't find module net-pf-16 when I run any of the
iproute commands as documented on
http://people.debian.org/~csmall/ipv6/setup624.html

All of my ipv6 support is working, and is compiled in to the kernel (not
modules).  What am I missing?
