'ip' comes from iproute ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/
if that sites too slow, you can download it from my mirror on
http://bofh.st/ipv6/downloads/ftp.inr.ac.ru/
(you should be running any kernel with ipv6 compiled to get the sit0 device)
