Bug#1121421: im-config: Manpage referes to wrong README.Debian file



Olivier, thanks for reporting this.


Boyuan, thanks for creating complete patch.  You can upload im-configas co-
maintainer.

Here is my thought on this.

It seems I did not explicitly specify to exclude this README.Debian file from
compression.

Policy on compression is:

> Plain text documentation should be compressed with gzip -9 unless it is small.

So threshold of gz compression can be changed with minor edit of document or
gzip logic, etc.

If we were to use this change, should we explicitly exclude README.Debian from
compression by adding override_compress: lines in debian/rules?


override_dh_compress:
[TAB]    dh_compress -X README.Debian

Then this updated document is valid for any situation.
