Bug#1118513: ibus-anthy: please install GObject-Introspection typelib to /usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/girepository-1.0

ibus-anthy installs Anthy-9000.typelib into /usr/lib/girepository-1.0/.

This is a legacy location, and is only searched because we apply a 
Debian-specific patch to libgirepository. Instead, please install the 
typelib file into /usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/girepository-1.0.

When all of the 6 remaining packages that use the legacy location have 
been fixed, we will be able to stop patching libgirepository.
