For the fcitx5 support part, I have received comments from fcitx5 upstream developer that there is no intent of supporting those characters in the near future, but it might be supported someday together with all other characters from the same CJK extention plane. For now, I will mark this bug with tag upstream and wontfix. You are welcome to open an issue against upstream fcitx5 project to better track the progress. Best, Boyuan Yang
