re-using" is thought to satisfy the attribution requirement.

For the first data file in web-slang/ dir, the link is at the Comment field.
For the second data file in zhwiki/ dir, it's a whole dump of
Wikipedia titles made by Wikimedia Foundation, which is downloaded
from https://dumps.wikimedia.org/zhwiki/ I don't think it's possible
to list all authors except "Wikipedia contributors".
