Need to upload keyman again

Hi Eberhard,

Version 14.0.290-1 of ibus-keyman, keyman-config and 
keyman-keyboardprocessor will never make it to testing, since the 
ftp-master approval of keyman happened in between. Version 15.0.213-1 of 
keyman won't make it to testing either, since it was a source+binary 
upload (ftp-master prefers it that way for any upload which passes NEW). 
So next step is to prepare a new keyman upload, which would be a 
source-only one.

When doing so, you may want to consider to replace the lists of certain 
architectures with "Architecture: any" as was recently discussed in 
another thread.
