Bug#991504: fcitx: Double Paste in Chrome when using logitech mouse (closing fcitx fixes it)

   * What led up to the situation?
Logitech G602 Mouse custom button configured for paste ( CTR+V)
paste everything twice in Google Chrome.
Evrywhere else in the system the functions works as intended.
 
Running the commands
fcitx-remote -e
fcitx5-remote -e
solves the problem till next restart.
