Bug#981488: Please add a symbols file for libmarisa0

I started with uploading a pure amd64 symbols file to experimental. The plan was to refresh the symbols file using the build logs, upload to unstable, and having it build on all archs.

But there proved to be problems:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=marisa&suite=experimental

Due to missed build-deps, it refuses to even attempt to build on some archs. My interpretation:

* alpha and ia64 use old gettext versions, which unlike the latest version depend on libcroco3. libcroco3 was recently dropped from the archive, and the latest gettext has not been built yet on alpha and ia64 due to other missing build-deps.

* kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386 have upgraded to a version of perl-modules-5.32 which depends on perl-base >= 5.32.1-1, but latest build attempts of perl-base on those archs failed and they are stuck with perl-base 5.32.0-4. (How is that even possible?)

Not sure what to do. Maybe just wait a few days. After all it's gettext and perl, and I suppose the maintainers of those packages won't block migration for a lot of other packages very long.

Anyway, build logs are available for all archs which are also present on Ubuntu, so to make it easier to move forward on the Ubuntu side, I refreshed the symbols file partially and proposed a second upload to experimental (will soon be sponsored via mentors).

To be continued.
