Laurent explained to me that this is not how things are supposed to
work. For using the python override, you must depend on python3-gi of
the same architecture. Of course, that pulls in python3. Everyone else
doesn't need python3 (for e.g. ruby, etc.), so the dependency is useless
and should be removed.
