RFH: ibus-anthy_1.5.10-1 packaging

This was easy task. But there is a new upstream 1.5.10 which needs to be
packaged.  Since new version uses schema thing, it require some update
to maintainer script as I see REDHAT SPEC file.

If you know how these should be handled, please help me.
