Thanks for letting us know. One thing I see is that 
<https://bugs.debian.org/884734> hasn't bee fixed yet. The fix of that 
builddep is needed to re-enable autosync from Debian sid to Ubuntu, so 
it would be great if you could release that fix as ibus-libpinyin 1.9.2-2.
