Writing in Wine is impossible with ibus.
To reproduce:
switch IM to scim, restart X session
run 'wine notepad'
All input methods available in SCIM are available for writing in
Notepad.
switch IM to ibus
restart X session, run 'wine notepad'
ibus refuses to activate when wine is the active window.
