For scim-hangul, that is you.  Give me patch, I will write to current
Ming's SVN.

Now that pkg-scim is there, we should start alioth.  Ming, please
respond.  (I may have e-mail problem with Ming, please contact him 
directly)

You need to add all the DD who showd interest to this alioth site.
IMHO, if SVN takes time, we should use CVS for now.

Yes.  pre-1.0 scim and post-1.0 scim are not compatible so the upload
needs to be cordinated.

ITP of mine means sorce is ready in SVN.  RFQ is something we still need
to work on.  Hijack appreciated if it is my packge :-)  As you can see,
most of scim packges belong to Ming.  Since upstream write key document
in Chinese, this needs to be someone who understand Chinese.  Some
specific packages can be anyones.
