Yes - I suggest creating your swap area with a label (man mkswap) and
using the by-label path for it.
You can create labels for your filesystems too, if you'd like to use
the same naming scheme for all of them. Using the uuid for the
filesystems and the label for the swap space is perfectly fine though.
